Visit livestock farmers in Nagano Prefecture

Regularily the members of the participating organizations and faculties participate in the Research Organization gather and exchange views, information and opinions relating to our R & D progrm. The Plenary Meeting in July was held at Shinshu University, one of the satellite of our COI center. Taking advantage of this opportunity, we have visited a ranch near Shinshu University for the purpose of researching and developing the theme of “Silent Voice of Animals” of this COI research and development.

We have visited two ranches with modern facilities, and both farmers are managing their own the ranches with new ideas. Through the discussion with them, we could obtained valuable information that would be helpful for our research and development.
