～ Discussing semiconductor research and human resource development from the global perspective ～

Purpose
The emergence of innovative AI applications such as ChatGPT has dramatically improved the convenience of our lives. The realization of these AI technologies is supported by cutting-edge semiconductor technology. On the other hand, the further spread of semiconductor integrated circuits brings about new challenges regarding the global environment, such as an explosive increase in power consumption. At this symposium, we will look at the trends in semiconductor technology from cutting-edge AI technology, and think together with you about "Green Semiconductors" that realize this while being considerate of the global environment, and the development of leaders who will lead their research and development.
