Biography：
He received his PhD from the University of Grenoble (Universite Joseph Fourier, Grenoble) in 2000. After obtaining his PhD, he joined STMicroelectronics, where he initially worked on advanced CMOS devices (advanced device physical integration technology), and later expanded his research area to include silicon photonics technology, optical integration technology, and hybrid integration (III-V/Si, etc.).
